It works pretty good. If you have a sonic care you know what they are like. They leave your teeth feeling smooth throughout the day. It's awful when I have to use a regular toothbrush and my teeth are gritty. It is pretty basic but it gets the job done extremely well.
The bristles are soft and it doesn't make my gums bleed. I have to admit that I'm slightly ticklish so its just a matter of getting used to the vibrations of the toothbrush, but it leaves my teeth feeling super clean.
